02 Service Description
Elixopay provides merchant payment processing, settlement services, and developer APIs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
03 User Accounts
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
- Password Security — You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- Account Activity — You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
04 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Illegal Use — Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
- IP Violation — Violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
- Security Breach — Interfere with security features of the service.
05 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
